Production process
1. Material: we adopt SABIC or BAYER or SAMSUNG PC materials. For top quality, we assure 100% virgin material.
2. Heating: It will make the PC material reach suitable temperature to form Polycarbonate sheets.
3. Forming: we have 2 layer, 3 layer and 4 layer mould for different structure. And the thickness can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
4. Filming: Both sides with PE protective film, and logo can be customized.
5. Widh cutting: it can cut the width according to customer requirements.
Length cutting: it can cut length as customized. Length is no limited.
6. Rolling: after carefully checking, the product will be rolled.
